2027 Presidency: Bauchi gov, Bala Mohammed’s posters flood city

With the tagline “Kaura for President 2027,” posters endorsing Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, the governor of Bauchi State, for the 2027 presidential election have been seen all around the city.

On major roadways like Railway Road, Sabon Titin Karofi, and Kofar Dumi Street, the posters were displayed at key spots like roundabouts, electric poles, and signboards.

One of the youths involved in the pasting of the posters, Aminu Auwal, said they were hired by two politicians to do the task.

“We were directed to post the governor’s posters along major streets of Bauchi State. We started the work around 1am today and we are hoping to finish it today,” Auwal told daily trust.

Ya’u Ortega and Talolo were identified as the people who allegedly commissioned the work, but attempts to contact them for comment were futile since their phone numbers did not connect.
