The wife of former Deputy Senate President Senator Ike Ekweremadu, Mrs. Beatrice Ekweremadu, has returned to Nigeria.

ZINGTIE was informed of the situation on Wednesday by a reliable source.

The source claims that Mrs. Ekweremadu arrived back in Nigeria on Tuesday.

According to ZINGTIE, a UK court sentenced Senator Ekweremadu, his wife, and a man named Dr. Obinna Obeta to prison for their roles in organ harvesting.

His wife received a six-year prison, and the former deputy senate president received a 10-year sentence.

According to ZINGTIE, people in Enugu State are celebrating Mrs. Ekweremadu’s return and are praying for the Deputy Senate President to return as soon as feasible.
