Another Nigerian minister’s WhatsApp number hacked

Nigeria’s Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has had his Whatsapp number hacked.

Bolaji Tunji, the minister’s spokesperson, told ZINGTIE this information in a brief statement on Thursday night.

He issued a warning to Nigerians not to respond to any requests for financial assistance or support made using the hacked phone number.

“On Wattsapp, HM of Power Number has been compromised.Please reject any requests for financial assistance or appeals for money made through the 08022901928 number, the statement said.

This occurs just six days after Prof. Tahir Mamman, the Minister of Education, had his WhatsApp account compromised.

Senator John Enoh, the minister of sports development, had his WhatsApp number compromised earlier.
