APC chieftain Joe Igbokwe has criticised the rift between former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai and the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
According to Igbokwe, Tinubu and El-Rufai were once wonderful, devoted friends and colleagues.
He pondered what had gone wrong between the two buddies in a post on his Facebook page.
According to Igbokwe: “I am still asking what went wrong between these two committed, great friends and associates. It should not have been allowed to happen in the first place.
“What God has joined together let no man put asunder. Good morning to the good people of Nigeria only.”
El-Rufai has recently made headlines for his criticism of the ruling APC’s internal operations.
El-Rufai declared at a gathering in Abuja that he no longer acknowledges the APC due to the party’s abandonment of internal democracy.
In addition, he charged that the party was encouraging bad leadership and straying from its core values.
Reno Omokri, who is a strong supporter of the president, accused El-Rufai of planning the killings of Kaduna State residents while he was governor.
El-Rufai is a ruthless tyrant who enjoys witnessing “blood flowing on the streets of Kaduna,” according to Omokri.
Felix Morka, the APC spokesperson, emphasised that the former governor failed to manage his affairs and dismissed his claims.
