Hon. Inalegwu Ejembi Adaje, a candidate for the House of Representatives seat representing Ado/Akpokwu/Ogbadigbo Federal Constituency, has expressed his deep sympathy to the family of the late Audu Ogbeh, following the passing of the respected elder statesman.
In a condolence statement, Adaje described Ogbeh’s death as a profound national tragedy, with a particular impact on Benue State and the country as a whole. He emphasized that the former Minister of Agriculture, who held ministerial roles on three separate occasions, was a true patriot whose efforts toward national progress left a lasting legacy.
“At a time when Nigeria desperately needs men of vision and true nationalism, the death of Dr. Audu Ogbeh is a painful blow,” Adaje said.
He also extended his condolences to the Arewa Consultative Forum, where Ogbeh had been a key figure, urging the organization to uphold the values and principles that the late leader represented throughout his life.
