Ayodele Reveals what happened between him and sacked CDS, General Christopher Musa

The leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has disclosed that earlier this year he sent a spiritual warning regarding General Christopher Musa, the former Chief of Defense Staff of Nigeria. Ayodele said he called the general nine times in June to set up a meeting in Lagos, but it never happened, according to our correspondent.

The cleric made it clear that he had advisory rather than criticizing motives. Ayodele stated, “I only speak publicly when private communication fails,” adding that General Musa is able to verify the calls. He clarified that his intention was to provide direction prior to becoming public.

Ayodele further emphasized that his approach was driven by humility and a desire to support the defense chief in carrying out his responsibilities.

Our reporter claims that he has repeatedly tried to establish a connection with General Musa because he feels that spiritual knowledge is essential in forming Nigeria’s leadership and national security.
