Bandits attack LGA, abduct secretary, wife

Suspected criminals have kidnapped Hon. Usman Daina, the Secretary of Munya Local Government Area, along with his wife and a relative, during a late-night raid on his home in Sarkin Pawa, the headquarters of Munya LGA, in Niger State.

The attack, which took place on Thursday night, was shared in a post by security expert Bakatsine on X on Friday.

“Last night, bandits broke into a residence and abducted Munya LGA Secretary, Hon. Usman Daina, along with his wife and a relative,” he stated.

At the time of this report, no official statement had been made by authorities, and the victims’ whereabouts remain unknown.
