Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, a powerful couple in Hollywood, have finalised their divorce.

In records filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, January 6, 2025, Lopez stated that she and Affleck had mediated a settlement in September 2024, almost one month after she filed for divorce.

Lopez will legally remove the suffix “Affleck” from her name if a judge grants their divorce on February 20, 2025.

Without providing spousal support, the pair will keep the profits from their separate pursuits and business endeavours.

The Mirror claims that despite their divorce, the couple has decided to stay in each other’s lives.

Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, were married in July 2022, according to ZINGTIE.

Lopez listed April 26, 2024, as the date of their separation in their divorce filing, which was submitted in August 2024. She attributed the separation to insurmountable disagreements.

With his first wife, Affleck has three children: Freshly, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. In contrast, Jennifer’s marriage to her ex-husband Marc Anthony produced twins, Emme and Max, who are both 16 years old.
