BREAKING: Over 25 killed as suspected herdsmen attack Edikwu Ankpali in Apa, Benue

The Edikwu Ankpali community in Benue State’s Apa Local Government Area was attacked by suspected herdsmen, resulting in the confirmed deaths of at least 25 people.

Around 6 p.m., ZINGTIE learned, the attackers broke into the area and started shooting at the unwary residents.

Several residents were kidnapped during the fatal attack, according to sources.

Vincent, a hamlet resident, informed ZINGTIE that the armed assailants had fully overtaken the neighborhood.
