Prior to the last group stage matches of the CAF Champions League on Friday and Saturday, here are the leading scorers in contention for the Golden Boot.

With five goals to his credit, Egyptian international Mahmoud Hassan ‘Trézéguet’ is currently at the top of the scoring charts.

The Al Ahly star leads by one goal over both Ahmed Atef of Pyramids and Mohamed Abdel Rahman of Al-Hilal Omdurman.
