Davido reveals why he is not having another kid with Chioma

Afrobeats star Davido has shared that he and his wife, Chioma, are currently pausing on having more children.

The musician, who is a father of five, mentioned that he isn’t planning to expand his family anytime soon, emphasizing that Chioma needs time to focus on her career after having three kids.

He made this known during a recent episode of Ride Along With Darryl.

He said, “I don’t want more children now. Me and my wife are taking a break. She needs to get out to work. She wants to do a lot of things like opening her restaurant and launching her spices. I feel she deserves a couple of years off after having 3 kids.”

The couple welcomed twins a boy and a girl in 2023, one year after tragically losing their first son, Ifeanyi, in a swimming pool incident.
