General Christopher Musa, rtd, the Minister of Defence, has stated that he is likely to officially join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In an interview on ‘Sunday Politics’ (a Channels Television program), General Musa stated that he is currently undergoing a political transition.
Musa expressed his gratitude to the APC for providing him the opportunity to showcase himself as Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and now as Minister of Defense, and he affirmed his commitment to support the party.
The ex-CDS upheld that President Bola Tinubu requires comprehensive backing, demonstrating his complete willingness to assist Tinubu in every possible manner.
“I’ve not transitioned yet. I’m in transition. I think I’ll become a politician, a member of the APC, definitely.
“Mr President needs all support, totally,” he said.
