Di Maria to leave Argentina national team

Next week, Ángel Di Maria will depart from the Argentina national squad.

Football transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano revealed this in a tweet on X.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid winger will sign a one-year contract with Benfica, Romano also revealed.

“Ángel Di Maria will stay at Benfica for one more season, agreement sealed today.

“Decision confirmed on both sides as Benfica wanted him to stay and El Fidéo accepted the proposal.

“Di Maria will leave Argentina national team next week but staying at Benfica until 2025,” Romano tweeted.
