Girl who charged her dad’s phone 12 years after his death reveals the last message he sent to her mum

A child discovered the final messages her late father made to her mother and his best friend from the hospital after charging his button phone and showed them online.

She revealed that her father had died of cancer twelve years prior. She was five when he passed away.

She had just finished charging his phone.

The girl, who goes by @kara_mc2 on TikTok, called the texts “gut-wrenching.”

The dying guy texted his wife to let her know he was okay and to say that it would have been better if she and her daughter had been present.

The text read: “Am alright.

“It would be better if u and Kara were here.”

In stark contrast to what he texted his wife, the man told his best friend that he wasn’t getting better.

The message said:

“No am just getn about.

“Am no going to get better.

“Am fuc.ked bud.”

After her father’s death, she also displayed the missed call from her mother.
