I’ll never let anything harm Tiwa Savage – Davido vows

Popular Nigerian musician Davido has pledged to protect Tiwa Savage from any harm.

This statement comes a year after Tiwa Savage filed a petition accusing Davido of threatening her life.

The disagreement between the two singers began in January 2024 when Tiwa Savage posted a photo with Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, on social media.

In response to Davido’s alleged threat, Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, Teebillz, vowed to teach Davido a lesson.

However, during an interview with Breakfast Club, Davido reassured the public that nothing would happen to Tiwa Savage. Calling her his “sister for life,” he promised to protect her with everything he has.

“We used to stay in the same house. The situation with Tiwa Savage was personal because she was a good friend to Sophia.

“Tiwa Savage is my sister for life, but she changed the game for females. We are family, and I love her and her child. It’s just like a brother and sister fight. She did reach out. I will never allow anything to happen to her.”
