‘It’s like I chose wrong profession’ – Davido laments

Famous Nigerian Afrobeats musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has expressed doubts about his future in show business.

In a now-viral post on his official X account, the singer revealed this.

Davido acknowledged that football players live lavish lives and expressed sorrow for his professional decision.

He wrote, “Footballers Dey enjoy oo. Be like I chose the wrong profession. Bruhhhhhhh.

This occurs just hours after the singer became aware of how wealthy football players like Ronaldo, Messi, and Mbappe are.

According to ZINGTIE, Davido received a multimillion-naira Rolex watch from Atletico Madrid striker Memphis Depay on Thursday as a thank-you for playing at his recent 30th birthday celebration.
