LP: Abure’s faction lays strong allegation against Gov Otti

According to Prince Ndubueze, the chairman of the Labour Party’s Julius Abure-aligned LP group, Governor Alex Otti has excluded the party’s founding members.

The political family of Governor Otti, Abia Arise, is currently reaping the benefits of the LP victory in Abia, according to Ndubueze, who made the accusation on Wednesday.

Governor Otti and former presidential candidate Peter Obi are allegedly involved in anti-party actions, according to the pro-Abure LP Chairman, who also claimed that an expanded closed-door meeting of his party was held in the state.

Ndubueze claimed that Abia Arise is the foundation of the state government, in spite of the party’s contributions to the Abia Governor’s win in 2023, not a single Commissioner was chosen from the LP.

He added that Mr. Peter Obi’s recent charitable endeavors in some northern regions of the nation were started without first consulting the LP, claiming that Obi isn’t doing anything to bring the Labour Party family together.

The Abia factional chairman argued that Mr. Julius Abure was not removed by the Supreme Court’s decision to remove him as national chairman.
