Singer Naira Marley has shared old conversations with actress Iyabo Ojo, dating back to before Mohbad’s death.

This comes months after Iyabo Ojo publicly criticized Naira Marley over the passing of his signee, Mohbad, accusing him of bullying the late singer to his death.

Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, and was buried the following day. His body was later exhumed for an autopsy by the Lagos State Police following public outcry over the circumstances of his death.

In a new development on Monday, Naira Marley posted screenshots of his conversations with Iyabo Ojo on his Instagram story, where she sought his help.

The chats, which span from 2021 to 2022, show Iyabo Ojo requesting Naira Marley’s presence at her movie premiere and at a remembrance event for her late mother. In another message, she asked for his support in promoting her adopted son, a singer.

Naira Marley didn’t add any comments or captions to the posts.

The viral posts have sparked various reactions on social media, with many questioning the singer about the relevance of the old conversation.
