New Year: Tinubu promises new minimum wage for workers

Nigerians have received President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s New Year’s message.

In 2024, he pledged, his administration would establish a new minimum wage for workers in Nigeria.

This was revealed by Tinubu during his Monday New Year’s broadcast to Nigerians, which ZINGTIE was able to watch.

He claims that the economic hardships that Nigerians are currently experiencing as a result of the elimination of fuel subsidy and exchange rate changes will soon come to an end.

He gave his word that his administration is dedicated to making sure every Nigerian is safe.

“Every decision, every trip outside the shore of our land has been undertaken since my assumption of office on May 29th 2023 has been made in the country’s best interest.

“I will fight every obstacle that hinders business in Nigeria.”

“We will implement a new national minimum for Nigerian workers in this new year,” he declared.
