Nnamdi Kanu: Nobody will talk about Biafra if govt gives us this – Amobi Ogah

Discussions regarding Biafra will end, according to Hon. Amobi Ogah, the member of the Isikwuato/Umunneche Federal Constituency of Abia State. She stated that the Nigerian government should create one state to balance with other regions and free Nnamdi Kanu for the Igbo people.

He drew attention to the experience of being neglected and ignored in comparison to other regions, drawing a comparison between it with a situation in which one child in a family feels neglected.

In order to address the issues and defuse tensions around Biafran, he emphasised the desire for equity and recognition for the Igbo region within Nigeria.

The Sun claims that Ogah stated, “If Nigerian government gives us one state to balance with other regions, and release Nnamdi Kanu for Igbo people, my brother, nobody will talk about Biafra.”

“See, like I explained to you before, when you have like two or three kids and one is feeling that he is not taken care of like the other, naturally, that child will not be happy.”

“The burning fire in our hearts is that we are feeling that we are not recognized like others. This is a region that thinks about Nigeria.”
