NPFL: Biweribo leaves Bayelsa United for Plateau United

Tarabina Biweribo has completed a move to Plateau United ahead of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

The seasoned midfielder joins the Jos-based side from Bayelsa United, bringing an end to a 12-year stint with the Yenagoa club.

During his time with Bayelsa United, Biweribo was part of the squad that clinched the 2021 Federation Cup title.

His wealth of experience is expected to significantly bolster Plateau United’s campaign in the upcoming season.

Plateau United will kick off their league journey with an away match against Wikki Tourists.
