Victor Mbaoma is on the verge of a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), according to recent reports.

The 28-year-old striker previously played for Enyimba, one of the league’s most successful clubs, before taking his talents overseas.

During his time in the NPFL, Mbaoma made 140 appearances and netted 51 goals.

Most recently, he turned out for APR FC, the reigning champions of Rwanda, but has now parted ways with the club following the conclusion of his contract.

Current NPFL title holders, Remo Stars, are reportedly considering bringing the prolific forward back into their squad.

Mbaoma began his professional career with Remo Stars, also known as the Sky Blue Stars.
