Football commentator Murat Aşık has disclosed that Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is demanding a minimum of €60 million to make his stay at Galatasaray permanent this summer.
Aşık made the statement while discussing Galatasaray’s current transfer targets, including Osimhen. He urged supporters not to be critical if the Turkish club is unable to secure the forward’s signature during the ongoing transfer window.
“Galatasaray has prepared 25 million Euros for Victor Osimhen. Koulibaly, a stopper player at Al Hilal, earns 35 million Euros annually,” Aşık said (via habersarikirmizi).
“Osimhen also wants a salary of at least 60 million Euros. This is a professional job.
“If he leaves, Galatasaray fans should not say anything.”
In the meantime, Osimhen has reportedly requested more time from Galatasaray’s President, Abdullah Kavukcu, as he considers his options for the upcoming season.
The 26-year-old is yet to make a final decision following the conclusion of his successful loan stint with the club.
