Pastor’s wife exposes husband for performing fake miracles before being dumped

A startling disclosure from Nairobi has garnered attention after a woman said that her husband, a man posing as a pastor, had deceived Christians during their brief marriage by performing fake miracles. Agnes Njiru, a single mother and qualified nurse, described how she met him on Facebook and was married to him in a few weeks.

Njiru claims that the man presented himself as a Ruiru-based widowed pastor with three kids who seemed prepared for a committed relationship. She felt she had found a reliable companion after verifying his background through relatives.

However, the marriage soon fell apart. Njiru detailed how he became emotionally aggressive and domineering, making disparaging remarks and forcing her to conceal his fraudulent actions.

He refused to help with home expenses, squandered wedding gifts, and maintained control over their funds. He even prohibited her from going to church or talking to the priest about their issues.

After just one month, Njiru ended the marriage because he felt humiliated and constrained. Later on, she learned that he had falsely accused her of being a bigamist in order to damage her reputation.

Her experience serves as a reminder to women to be cautious of people who use faith and trust for their own benefit and to carefully consider possible relationships, particularly those they meet online.
