On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, tens of thousands of people flocked to Bunol, Spain, a town close to Valencia, for the yearly Tomatina tomato fight fiesta.

Every year, approximately a hundred metric tonnes of overripe tomatoes are utilised in the street battle, which is regarded as the largest food fight in the world. The result was red pulp that covered the town and its residents.
