Rivers crisis: Prophet Ikuru releases message to Wike, Fubara

Prophet Godwin Ikuru, the founder of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, has shared what God showed him regarding Governor Sim Fubara and Minister Nyesom Wike of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) amid the ongoing turmoil in Rivers State.

Ikuru claimed that in 2024, God would have Wike focus more on his health.

The clergyman from Port Harcourt shared the message on his Facebook page and advised Fubara to focus on governance.

Ikuru advised Fubara to concentrate on bringing about the benefits of democracy rather than acting like a chameleon.

According to him: “Wike, go and take care of your health. In the year 2024, go and take care of your health.

“And then, Fubara in Rivers State, I saw the light falling down (sic), and the Lord said to me that I should tell you that you should be honest, that you shouldn’t act like a chameleon, that you should work and discharge your duty to your people.

“You attained the position so that Ijaws and every other tribe benefit from this government.

“Every government has a challenge, and the Lord is telling me to tell you that you should focus.”

Since late 2023, Wike and Fubara have been at odds over who will control the political landscape in the state.
