Minnesota University Senator Jordan Rasmusson visited Morris’ campus on Monday, January 6.

During a campus tour, Chancellor Janet Schrunk Ericksen and Vice Chancellor for Finance and Facilities Bryan Herrmann discussed the University of Minnesota’s funding request for the 2025 legislative session.

Rasmusson, a member of the Capital Investment Committee, is a senator from Minnesota for the first time. Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Traverse, and Wilkin counties are among the communities in Senate District 9, which he represents.
