In Makurdi, Benue State, a critically starved infant was discovered in the blazing sun.

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, a local named Norman Skillful Tor discovered the baby and posted a Facebook alarm.

Norman claims that the child comes from a low-income family that is escaping attacks by herdsmen.
