Transfer: Atalanta confirm Saudi offer for Lookman

The Saudi Arabia Professional Football League team Al Ittihad has made an official offer to Atlanta for Ademola Lookman.

Lookman and Atalanta will talk about the deal, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, an Italian news source.

“We have received an official offer (for Lookman) from Al Ittihad,” the Italian club were quoted as saying.

“We will see what’s best for the player and discuss it with the club.”

The 26-year-old was one of Atalanta’s standout players the last season.

In La Dea’s UEFA Europa League final triumph over Bayer Leverkusen, the winger scored a hat-trick.

On Thursday, the former Leicester City player was recognised as Atalanta’s Player of the Season.

In every category, he contributed 10 assists and 17 goals during Gian Piero Gasperini’s final season.
