Transfer: Valencia sign Nigerian forward, Ezekiel

Valencia, a Spanish Liga football team, has confirmed the signing of Motunrayo Ezekiel, a forward from Nigeria.

Ezekiel signed a one-year contract with Valencia after leaving Nigeria Women’s Premier League team Naija Ratels.

The 21-year-old formerly played for the Lakeside Queens and Rivers Angels.

At the 2023 All Africa Games in Accra, Ghana, the striker played for the Nigerian women’s football team, who took home the silver medal.

She became one of the Nigerian athletes competing in the Spanish Women’s League.

With six points, Valencia is in last place in the league standings.
