Trump Unveils Task Force to Combat Anti-Christian Bias

On Thursday, President Donald Trump revealed a new task force aimed at eliminating anti-Christian bias within the U.S. government, marking a significant step in his right-wing agenda since reclaiming office.

Trump appointed the new Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to lead the initiative, which is focused on halting the persecution of Christianity, the nation’s majority religion.

The task force’s goal, according to the President, is to immediately end any form of anti-Christian discrimination and targeting within the Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, the FBI, and other government bodies.

Additionally, the group will focus on prosecuting acts of anti-Christian violence and vandalism.

“We will protect Christians in our schools, in our military and our government, in our workplaces, hospitals and in our public squares,” Trump said.

The President also announced the formation of a ‘White House faith office’ to be led by his spiritual advisor, televangelist Paula White.

These moves are part of a broader effort to reshape the federal government at the beginning of Trump’s second term.

Trump has introduced numerous directives in support of conservative policies, including several that challenge diversity programs and transgender rights.

Despite facing criminal charges related to hush money payments in a porn star controversy and allegations of sexual assault, Trump has long positioned himself as a staunch advocate for right-wing Christians.

His administration includes key figures with ties to Christian nationalist movements, including Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
