After aiding her, a Nigerian woman named @chefchi16 revealed how a man she met online abandoned her.

According to @chefchi16, they dated virtually for nine months without ever meeting in person.

She claimed that throughout their time together, the man purchased her father a car and opened three eateries for her.

She was shocked when the man broke up with her in the tenth month of their relationship. On her TikTok, she wrote: “You met a man online, dated him for nine months online without meeting him in person. He opened three restaurants for you, even bought your father a car. Then on the tenth month, he broke up with you.”

How should he be categorised, she wondered?

“Is he going to be called an ex-boyfriend or a destiny helper? Because I don’t understand.”

Reactions to her TikTok post were divided.
