VIDEO: Man showers couple with ‘loaves of bread’ on their wedding day

On their wedding day, a guy surprised a newlywed couple with loaves of bread in an unusual and emotional gesture.

In an online video, a man approaches a couple seated among their wedding guests while carrying a duffel bag full of loaves of bread.

As he approaches, he sprays each couple with a loaf of bread; while the bride acts upset, the groom likes and captures the incident.

After celebrating with the newlyweds, he offers the disc jockey a loaf of bread in appreciation for his work, prompting huge cheers from the wedding guests.

Some viewers said that spraying bread during a wedding ceremony is a Kebbi State tradition that represents prosperity and a blessing of abundance, while others questioned the necessity for such attention in the name of spraying bread.
