VIDEO: Market women seize pastor’s equipment after he allegedly insults them while preaching

After a market preacher was accused of insulting them during his sermon, a sizable contingent of market ladies confiscated his equipment.

Widespread emotions have been triggered by this episode, which was caught in a viral video that was shared on X, the former name for Twitter.

The women can be seen in the video demonstrating against the pastor after he allegedly made disparaging remarks about them during his sermon.

One of the market women claimed that the preacher denigrated the Urhobo women by calling them “goats.”

She said,“A pastor came here, he was preaching, and then he said all the market women, all the Urhobo women here, are goats. That’s why we gathered here. Even including his mother, he said she’s a goat too.”

When several of the market women protested by lifting the pastor’s speakers, the situation became more heated.
