VIDEO: Moment RMD ’embarrassed’ Ini Edo at Event

A video of veteran actor Richard Mofe Damijo welcoming his fellow Nollywood actors has sparked a reaction from a Nigerian man.

His relationship with Ini Edo, however, has drawn criticism, with many people theorizing that he purposefully ignored her.

The video, which @simondeshiny3 posted on TikTok, seems to show RMD extending a kind greeting to a number of actors, including Ramsey Noah and Van Vicker.

However, he abruptly withdrew his hand as he got close to Ini Edo’s seat, raising the possibility of a conflict.

Ini Edo, for her part, was observed gaping her mouth in disbelief at the actor’s actions throughout the ceremony.

“Oh did he snub Ini Edo?” the video’s caption read.

With multiple film credits to their names, Ini Edo and RMD have both had successful careers in Nollywood.

Although neither side has addressed the issue in public, the video has surely generated discussion among viewers and fans.

Many viewers have shared their interpretations of the embarrassing encounter in the TikTok video, which has sparked a lot of comments.

Some have supported RMD, arguing that the seeming snub might have been exaggerated or misunderstood.

However, others have conjectured that the two actors might be harboring underlying conflicts.
