According to reports, North Korean forces are losing a lot of soldiers in the Kursk region of Russia.
Ukrainian attacks are causing logistical challenges, according to a statement released by Ukraine’s military intelligence on Thursday.
According to the intelligence service, which goes by the abbreviation GUR, North Korean units suffered significant losses as a result of Ukrainian strikes close to Novoivanovka.
The article claims that North Korean troops also experienced problems with supplies, including a lack of drinking water.
Earlier this week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that the fighting in the Kursk region had killed and injured 3,000 North Korean troops.
Weeks after Kyiv declared that North Korea had dispatched 10,000–12,000 troops to Russia to help it in the war, the development was the first substantial estimate of North Korean casualties by Ukraine.
