Former Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has pledged his unwavering support to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), urging party members to remain loyal and committed to ensuring the party’s return to power in 2027.

Ikpeazu reaffirmed his loyalty to the PDP despite recent defections, stating he wouldn’t abandon the party but instead work tirelessly to restore its winning streak.

Addressing PDP members from Abia South, Ikpeazu emphasized the need for dedication and unwavering support during challenging times.

He encouraged members to remain steadfast, assuring them of his continued support for the PDP, which played a significant role in his political journey.

Ikpeazu addressed the recent defections following the party’s 2023 loss, urging PDP members in Obingwa to stay focused and undeterred.

Despite acknowledging the party’s current struggles, Ikpeazu reassured members that better days are ahead, and those who remain loyal will reap the benefits when the party’s fortunes change.

Ikpeazu praised the new State Working Committee executive led by Abraham Amah, describing him as a leader who will guide the party back to power in 2027.
