Frank McAvennie, a former striker for West Ham United, stated that Kelechi Iheanacho would be a valuable addition to the Hammers team.
Iheanacho left Leicester City last month, and he is still looking for a new team.
The Nigerian international played for the Foxes for seven years.
In 173 league games, the 27-year-old scored 35 goals for Leicester.
Iheanacho is a fantastic player, according to McAvennie, and would make an excellent addition to his old team.
“I like Iheanacho. I think he’s a great player. Oh my god, on a free transfer, I’d take him. It’s a no-brainer for me, though I’m not sure who this new manager will want,” the 64-year-old said in an interview with West Ham zone.
