American singer Chloe Bailey has unfollowed her boyfriend, Burna Boy, on Instagram, amid the ongoing Lamborghini controversy involving Burna Boy and Nigerian socialite, Sophia Egbueje.
Sophia had publicly accused Burna Boy on social media of failing to keep his promise to buy her a Lamborghini after their sexual encounter. She claimed that Burna Boy had promised the car in exchange for sex.
In response, Burna Boy posted a video on his Instagram story on Friday, mocking Sophia for complaining about the failed Lamborghini promise.
Seemingly reacting to the scandal, Chloe Bailey has unfollowed Burna Boy on Instagram.
Earlier, in December 2024, Burna Boy and Chloe Bailey sparked dating rumors after they were seen getting cozy in a private section of a club in Nigeria. The couple confirmed their relationship on February 6, 2025, when Burna Boy surprised Chloe with a matching Rolex wristwatch during a romantic dinner date in Lagos. In another video, they were seen hugging each other, with Chloe saying, “I love you.”
Burna Boy’s close associates at the dinner included popular Nigerian dancer, Poco Lee.
