At the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), Joseph-Antoine Bell, a former goalie for Cameroon, predicted a “good game” between the Indomitable Lions and Nigeria’s Super Eagles.

Nigeria and Cameroon will square off on Saturday night in the AFCON Round of 16.

Both countries qualified for the knockout stage after defeating Guinea-Bissau and the Gambia.

Bell insisted that the most incredible squad would win the match in a conversation with Toyin Ibitoye, the former media officer for the Super Eagles.

“We are going to witness a good game and the best team will win.

“I hope Cameroon will improve its game because what we’ve seen so far has not been good.

“Of course they qualified but you cannot compare both teams and I hope Cameroon will match up to standard,” Bell said.
