Former aviation minister and chairman of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council’s subcommittee on new media, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has stated that independence has no significance as long as Israel rules Arab men.
In an interview about the Israel-Palestine issue on Thursday, Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister of aviation, made this assertion, according to ZINGTIE.
Recall that the war between Israel and the Palestinians, which erupted following the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of people and the displacement of millions. Prominent global figures have denounced the current conflict between Israel and Hamas.
In an interview, Femi Fani-Kayode stated: “If we’re not careful, what will happen is that such will be the rage of the Muslim world, particularly if Alexa the al-Aqsa mosque is destroyed and they build what they call the second Jewish temple on top of it, which is where all this started, by the way.”
He added; “If that happens, or if you continue to burn and destroy and bomb people in Rafa, and if this madness continues, the Arab government in the Middle East themselves will not be able to control their Muslim population. They will rise up in a second intifada.”
He noted; “Our independence means nothing as long as our Arab brothers are under yoke of Israeli bondage. We will stand with them any day and anytime to fight that bondage.”
