A young lady’s story of an odd experience with thieves has prompted mixed views. She described the unexpected kindness of the three men who stole her laptop in a series of tweets on X.

She was walking home alone herself when this incident occurred during her first year of college.

One of the men gave her a USB cord to help her move her files after he took her laptop and listened to her anguished appeal about an assignment that was due. They even safely accompanied her home.

She shared, “Reminds of a time back in 1st year when 3 dudes stole my pc while I was walking alone from school and I cried and told them I had an assignment due one gave me a USB and let me transfer it and even walked me home all while giving me advice about the importance of education. They also let me keep my phone, Thoughtful thieves
