Arsenal have reportedly shifted their attention away from Real Madrid forward Rodrygo, turning instead to Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze and Newcastle United’s Anthony Gordon, as reported by Diario AS.

Rodrygo had previously been linked with a potential move to several European sides, including Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

However, the Brazilian winger is said to have no interest in joining Tottenham, despite ongoing speculation connecting him with a switch to the Premier League.

Rodrygo is reportedly aiming for a club with greater prestige than Spurs if he decides to depart from the Santiago Bernabéu this summer.

He is one of three players Real Madrid are open to offloading during the current transfer window.

The 24-year-old is seeking assurances from manager Xabi Alonso regarding consistent game time in the upcoming season.

Rodrygo struggled to secure a regular role during the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup a tournament ultimately won by Chelsea under Alonso’s leadership.
