Chelsea has confirmed transfer deals involving Harvey Vale, Somto Boniface, Zak Sturge, and Travis Akomeah.
In a post on their website early Tuesday morning, the Premier League club from West London announced that the four players have departed on both permanent and loan moves.
Vale has completed a permanent transfer to Championship club Queens Park Rangers. He signed his first professional contract in September 2020 and made two appearances for Chelsea this season under manager Enzo Maresca.
Boniface, on the other hand, has made a move to Ipswich Town. He joined Chelsea at the Under-9 level and has represented their Under-18s and Under-21s teams.
Akomeah has joined Championship club Watford. The defender originally joined Chelsea as an Under-16 player from Watford.
Sturge will spend the rest of the season on loan at Championship side Millwall. The defender joined Chelsea in August 2022 and had a loan spell at Peterborough United last season.
