Dr. Sandra Duru, sometimes known as Professor Mgbeke, is a media personality and activist located in the United States. She has revealed what she believes is incriminating information against Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, a suspended Nigerian senator.

Dr. Duru alleged that Natasha tried to ensnare her in a scheme to accuse Senate President Godswill Akpabio for sexual harassment and organ harvesting during a Facebook Live broadcast on Thursday night. She also showed call logs and WhatsApp chats.

In the midst of growing controversy around Senator Natasha’s latest accusations against Akpabio, the one-hour, eight-minute live webcast took place.

According to Duru, she has already sent the relevant evidence for forensic examination to US and foreign authorities.

“One, there is no sexual harassment of any kind, two, there is no evidence of organ harvesting,” she said emphatically during the broadcast.

“I told Natasha, you are a pathological liar, you have disgraced us Nigerians. She said Nigerians were G and H – ‘Gullible and Hungry’ and you want to add to their problems?”

The senator allegedly promised her an incredible ₦200 million to publicly accuse Akpabio of organ harvesting, connecting him to the death of a young woman named Umoren in 2021, according to Dr. Duru.

Duru believes that this offer was made following the failure of Natasha’s allegations of sexual harassment.

“Umoren died in 2021. Autopsy was done and there was no organ harvesting,” she clarified, accusing Natasha of using false allegations as a political tool.

Duru asserted that Natasha had previously denied ever spoken to her, but she refuted this by presenting what she claimed to be call logs and WhatsApp messages.

“I already wrote the international agencies about a senator that claimed to have known something about the murder of a young lady and she kept it to herself. She must explain what she knows about the death,” Duru said, calling for an investigation by Nigerian and international law enforcement.

When discussing her encounters with the troubled senator, the activist didn’t hold back.

“A lawyer that is very lousy and careless in her utterances. Natasha is not teachable, Natasha lacks humility, Natasha lacks moral values, she does not care. If it doesn’t go Natasha’s way, you are her enemy. Natasha is on a mission to destroy men… I cannot watch her destroy our men, I cannot watch her destroy our sons, I cannot watch her destroy our girls who are following her blindly. She called Dr Oby Ezekwesili a useful idiot.”

Additionally, according to Dr. Duru, Natasha acknowledged that her accusations were never truly about Akpabio but rather were a part of a larger political plot to topple the existing government.

“She said the reason for the fight was not really about the Senate President but it is about the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, that they don’t want Yoruba government to go beyond four years. She said no sexual harassment evidence of any kind.”

Furthermore, according to the activist, Natasha asserted that if she was successful in ousting Akpabio from office, she would be guaranteed a significant political position, either the petroleum ministry or the governorship of Kogi State.

Dr. Duru insisted Natasha must be held responsible for what she called a hazardous slander campaign and called on the Nigerian Police Force, the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), and foreign security organizations to intervene.

“The Nigerian Police should handle the case of Natasha and her false allegations. She said she wants to force the Senate President to step down so that they will have their way to remove what they call Yoruba government.”
