A video of legendary singer Tubaba Idibia declaring at a performance on Saturday that he is looking for real love has gone viral.

Fans were startled to learn that he and his wife, Annie Idibia, were divorcing on Sunday.

Many people had assumed it was a joke, particularly when the singer later revealed that his Instagram profile had been hacked.

However, he later returned with a video in which he stated unequivocally that his account had not been hacked and that he meant what he had said.

Since yesterday, the couple has been in the news, with Annie’s pal Toke Makinwa spearheading an altercation with Tuface.

Those opposing the singer claim that while they are not requesting that he stay, they are opposed to the announcement’s timing because Annie is in treatment.
