Adekunle Gold mocks Joeboy as he loses N3m bet on Madrid to beat Arsenal

Nigerian singer Adekunle Gold took a dig at his colleague, Joeboy, after he lost a N3 million bet on Real Madrid to defeat Arsenal in the first leg of their Champions League quarterfinal at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.

Hours before the match, Joeboy had shared a screenshot of his bet, which predicted a Madrid win over Arsenal.

Had Madrid won, Joeboy would have earned N10.3 million. However, with Arsenal’s 3-0 victory over the Spanish side, Joeboy lost his bet.

Sharing the bet slip on X, Joeboy wrote, “Cashing out on Arsenal tears tonight!”

After the match, Adekunle Gold reposted Joeboy’s tweet with a comment: “Lmao. You don go blow stream money. Next time face your club.”
