ZINGTIE reports that Rangers aim to make Emmanuel Fernandez the club’s most costly outgoing transfer.

Last summer, Fernandez arrived at Ibrox as an unfamiliar player from the English League One club Peterborough United.

Nevertheless, the player has drawn the interest of clubs such as Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and Chelsea after making a strong start to his career in Scotland.

The new Super Eagles invitee has played 21 league matches for the Gers, netting five goals.

As reported by TEAMTalk, Rangers will only consider a bid of around €40m for Fernandez.

The 24-year-old is bound by a contract lasting until 2029.
