After being prompted to accept Jesus Christ and demolish his shrine by Pastor Humble Okoro of Joy Christian Church, a well-known native doctor from Igwuruta, Port Harcourt, has converted to Christianity.

The change happened Thursday when local religious leaders redoubled their attempts to engage traditionalists after a fellow native doctor was arrested in Enugu State.

The indigenous native doctor, referred to as Nwamiri in the community, has been practicing for more than fifteen years, according to Pastor Humble Okoro.
