Benue guber: PDP loses as Supreme Court affirms Alia’s victory

The Supreme Court has affirmed Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia’s election.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for governor, Titus Uba, lost to the governor, who was elected.

Alia’s election as Benue State’s governor was upheld by the Court of Appeal in Abuja as well as the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.

Uba sought remedy from the Supreme Court because he was unhappy with the rulings.
